NON-UX DESIGNS

DESIGN LEADERSHIP

Implemented a monthly discussion series between CX and Product teams to uncover and address commonly reported user pain points.
Launched the Design System Alliance to iteratively construct FlightAware's design system.
Completed Manager's Tools leadership training; recruited and currently manage two designers.
Designed all tradeshow materials (including new product features) for the largest Business Aviation event in 2019, while acting as the sole designer at FlightAware.
Hosted a Ground School talk about the product design workflow and how Webflow is used as a tool for review and handover
